Ambassador Alan “Keyes filed a lawsuit on November 14, 2008 against President Barack Obama &, Vice President Joe Biden…seeking to challenge Obama's eligibility for the US Presidency. The suit requests that Obama provide documentation that he is a natural born citizen of the United States…he is also a party to a federal lawsuit on this same issue. But five challenges to Obama's citizenship have so far been summarily denied without comment by the United States Supreme Court. The Electoral College had already voted on December 15, 2008 with no further action on the lawsuit filed in California by Keyes….Following Obama's inauguration, Keyes denied he had been Constitutionally inaugurated, refused to call him president, and called him an "usurper" and a "radical communist."
